"Needing what I assumed would be easy password fixes on my new MAC AIR, I marveled at Scott's keen analytical mind while working on some annoying problems. When expected results did Not occur, (in some cases because of checked boxes that gave contradictory information,) he did Not give up. Finally he was able to arrive at alternative solutions, which work fine for my purposes. My biggest concern had been the printer, which was printing only blanks for weeks, thinking it might require the most trouble shooting. However, Scott magically made the ink appear on each page!
